Nico's Brussel Sprouts on the Stalk!

Nico's Brussel sprouts on the stalk!

Directions:

Wash and cut off back sprouts so the stalks
lay flat in the pan.

Salt and pepper to taste

Douse with olive oil and maple syrup

Liberally toss in dried cranberries olive oil

Bake for 45 min at 350 degrees

ninsthewriter: I earned a BS from Ithaca College, an MA from Adelphi University and taught Physical Education and coached sports on Long Island before a twenty-year sojourn to Italy. I speak Italian and Spanish. Upon returning to the States, earned an BA in English and an MFA on Creative Writing from FIU.
