Nico's 29th birthday menu

Here's the menu for tonight:

Calamari in umido
Rolled stuffed eggplant
Pasta with shrimp and peas in a brandy cream sauce
Grilled Eggplant with basil, olive oil and garlic
Fillet Mignon
A medley of mushrooms
Spinach with garlic and oil
Cake (Homemade by Katie!)
